Dr. Eliana Morales, DPT

Dr. Eliana Morales grew up in NY/NJ and graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a B.S. in Public Health. After a brief time in corporate health and wellness, she attained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA in 2003.

In 2005, Eliana moved to sunny South Florida and has worked in local hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient therapy centers, and home healthcare.

Her passion lies in promoting the body's healing and recovery by harnessing her extensive academic education in physical therapy, well-honed techniques, and rich experience.

I am an active 77-year-old woman who plays tennis, pickleball, and golf, all combined 6-7 times a week. For over 2 years now, I have had significant pain in my left buttocks. I had tried PT before but (my bad) I tried to do the exercises as if a 50-year-old woman was doing it. And of course over overdid it. I had to take many months off just to let the area calm down.

When I was finally ready again to address my pain with PT I started using "Wonder Woman" Eliana. In roughly 10 sessions over a period of many weeks she has transformed me. Her various modalities of treatment, specifically MPS and Dry Needling, were a godsend.

Additionally, I have employed mind control over my pain to relax the spot when it tenses up. She gave me exercises to do on my own but more importantly, she gave me "tricks" to do to relieve the pain. Simple things like tilting my pelvis. What a difference it has made. I thought I was going to have to live with the pain forever or have surgery. Now I feel that I can manage what little pain I get INFREQUENTLY on my own. Can't thank Eliana enough. And happy to know that should I relapse or have other issues Eliana can help.

I went to see Eliana for radiating pain down my leg due to spondylithesis at L4L5. She used techniques that I had never done before. Dry needling really helped to relieve the pain as well as microcurrent point stimulation, and physical exercises. I had excruciating pain and numbness in both legs from severe spine issues including pinched nerves, compressed discs, stenosis, and herniated discs. my pain had persisted after multiple epidurals and previous attempts at PT, and I was unable to do any of the activities I used to do regularly - working out, pickleball, and golf.

I had major hip replacement surgery and a week after that surgery I fell and had a very bad bone bruise that took approximately another eight weeks on a walker to heal. After that, I went to Eliana for physical therapy and she really helped through cupping, dry needling, massage, and exercise to reduce the inflammation reduce the numbness reduce the pain and really get me back into shape. For my back again with cupping and dry needling really helped ease the inflammation and the pain that I was having. Eliana is adorable, sweet, kind, patient and probably one of the best physical therapists I’ve had in all the years I’ve gone to physical therapy. She’s great !!

I was injured 3 years ago on a wave runner. Ended up with 4 discs herniated and in severe pain. After many chiropractic appointments, then a long process of steroid injections, and finally had an ablation. All without any real results of pain relief.

Healing from the inside out

I was 90 days post-op from a total knee replacement when I met Eliana and had her help to reduce the inflammation and swelling. I am able to get around and do the things I hadn’t been able to do for over a year from knee pain. She also introduced me to therapy from my scars, I have had 29 surgeries in my lifetime and a majority of them were still very numb. I am able to move about comfortably without pain and feel the healing from the inside out. Can’t wait to return to Florida and continue treatment this winter.
